General Plug-in Download Instructions
If you have no earlier experience
of downloading, we recommend you consult your personal support advisor.
Especially the protections of Windows NT operating system may cause
problems.
Behind the download link on
the programme designer's homepage there is a page where you can
download a plug-in or client related to an operating system.
Many plug-ins require the
unloading of an earlier version prior to downloading a new one,
e.g. QuickTime. Additionally, it is advisable to log out from other
programmes.
If a programme fails to get
started, save the loading file in the memory of your own PC and
start the file in question (generally with suffix EXE) by clicking
on it. The programmes normally get started with default values.
If the programme does not work immediately, re-start the PC.
